Kinderhaus offers a 4 day a week preschool program with options for mornings only or full-day enrollment.
Preschool Collaborative Handbook
Kinderhaus particpiates in the Statewide Voluntary Preschool Program as a collaborative partner with Decorah Community School District.
Enrollment Forms:
Prior to attendance, families must submit the following records:

Healthcare Form - can be obtained at an appointment or by calling your doctor's office to request one electronically or in the mail

Immunization Form - can be obtained at an appointment or by calling your doctor's office to request one electronically or in the mail. Alternatively, an immunization religious exemption form may be submitted

Bank Account Authorization Form - for tuition collection via ACH
